Refund and exchange policy:

Refunds and exchanges are available within 30 days of shipment.

For exchanges for a different size or merchandise of the same price send back your hat to the address provided on packing slip with your exchange request. Exchanges are usually processed between 3-5 business days.

For returns please send back merchandise to address provided on packing slip with your return request. Returns are usually processed between 5-7 business days.

Please note that we do not refund the original shipping cost or reimburse for shipping costs incurred by the customer for returns or exchanges.
